Marianne who he first saw in a graveyard. Earning a meagre living at the Black
Dragon pub in Hayds as a bar and cellarman, he finally meets his muse. But
appearances can be deceptive. She is a young mother escaping from an unhappy
marriage. And he is not sure if art is enough anymore.
